As this industry continues to rely more heavily on digital technologies, 898 Marketing was enlisted to develop a more efficient way to handle the referral process of patients and increase revenues.
As a referral based business, mvi HomeCare
envisioned a more efficient way to handle incoming patients using mobile technologies. 898 Marketing was asked to not only create a strategy to increase patient referrals by physicians, but to do it by developing an innovative and easy to use smartphone application that simplifies the referral process and achieves the most important part to any referral – providing the highest quality care to patients in the most efficient way possible.

In the first year of implementation, Ordermvi
has been responsible for increasing both total monthly referrals and total monthly revenue every month for mvi HomeCare
. 898 Marketing has delivered a 10:1 return on the investment made into that app for mvi HomeCare
. The app has not only improved overall physician satisfaction due to its ease and convenience, but improved the productivity of the mvi HomeCare
team by simplifying internal processes and team performance.
